Dough Dockers are used to placed small dimples in pizza dough prior to baking. This process keeps large air bubbles from forming in the dough as the pizza bakes. Without using a Dough Docker, large air bubbles can form and burn the area around the air bubble. A Dough Docker will result in better, more consistent pizza when used properly.
