Tilt Skillets will vary with the gallon capacity from as small as 12 gallons to as large as 40 gallons. The Tilt Skillet is so versatile it can cook large batches of steaks, eggs, hamburgers, pancakes, noodles, veal, chicken breasts, ribs, ground beef, turkeys and so many more items.
