Canceling or Changing an Order
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled or modified. Please contact us immediately for any modifications and we will do our best to accommodate them, if possible. Made-to-order shipments cannot be cancelled once in production and are non-returnable.
Changing your Shipping Address after Purchase
If you would like to ship your order to a different address than indicated at checkout, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, there are fees associated with changing the shipping address that must be collected before the change can take effect. The cost of changing the shipping address will depend on the shipping method and number of shipments and/or cartons.
If an order is already in transit before the shipping address change is made, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive at the new location. If a carrier tries to deliver a shipment several times and is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to shipper and treated as a standard return. See our return policy below for fees.
Health Codes & Fire Codes
Customers are responsible for knowing and informing us of specific local health and fire codes that are out of the ordinary.

Payment Methods
Orders placed online must use a credit card payment. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For offline purchases term accounts are available with credit approval. Please contact our sales team to inquire for more information.
Returns? There is a 3% credit card return fee on all returns using a credit card.
Price Increases
All items on our website have real-time, wholesale pricing and for pending orders, sales quotes and leases and we reserve the right to enforce price increases on orders not paid in full within 10 days of the sales quote.

Occasionally, items will be temporarily out of stock due to high demand. Our sales team will check stock before your order is placed to ensure availability and assist in finding alternative products that can be deliverable on your timeline whenever possible.

Residential use of Equipment
Commercial Equipment is not designed for residential use of any kind. When used in a residential setting, all manufacturer warranties are voided upon delivery. No Exceptions.
We reserve the right to deny shipment for residential usage.
Return Policy
All purchased is subject to restocking fees provided the item(s) are new, unused and in its original carton. Return credit is for merchandise only, less fees. Original shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping is at customer’s expense. Do not return merchandise without first obtaining instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service Department @ 1-800-901-5051 (option 5) within 24 business hours.
- Any merchandise returned after 14 days will be subject to a 50% restocking charge
- All refunded purchases made via credit card will also be subject to a 4% processing fee
- There is no refund for items returned damage or received after 30 days
- Special, custom, or made-to-order merchandise of any kind cannot be returned for credit or refund
- Drop-shipped items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and fees
Special Order & Non-stock (Drop Ship) Items
Some items are not normally stocked in our warehouses. Non-stocked items can be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or brought into our warehouse with our next stock order from the manufacturer before being shipped to you.
All Non-stock, Drop Shipped, and special-order items are always subject to the manufactures return policy and fees. No exceptions.
Warranty Policy
If a warranty is available for an item, details will be listed on the item’s detailed description. All warranties are handled per manufacturer’s warranty policy. If problems covered under warranty arise with an item, the warranty process will be handled directly through the manufacturer or vendor of the item. For items being used internationally, please confirm if the warranty is valid in your area.
Website Pricing and Description Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every reasonable attempt to resolve any discrepancies in price or description of every product and to reach an agreed upon price or to process your cancellation for a full refund of the order when discrepancies occur.
